This is a simulated sparring event that effectively introduces boxers to the competition stage of the Athlete Development System (ADS). Gradually and in a progressive manner,  student-boxers are taught to understand Olympic-style boxing before entering competition:

• Referee-Judge Commands
• Formalities of Competition
• Rules of Competition
• and various other elements commonly associated with competition.

This is the ADS’s method of bridging the gap between practice, training, and actual competition so that the newly developed student-boxer’s can transition effectively and safely.
