TRAIN LIKE A BOXER, GET FIT LIKE A BOXER!
This is a program for 16-plus year-old participants; it teaches technical Olympic boxing skills with sports conditioning for physical fitness. After completing the introductory stage, participants can advance to Contact Boxing to learn how to spar. There are two technical boxing fitness classes (Evening Boxing I & II), and both classes teach the same technical skills.
