Gladiators Boxing
This class is for boys and girls ages 16 to 19 years old; inclusively. It comprises non-contact technical Olympic boxing and sports conditioning. The training follows the Athlete Development System developed by Moses according to the Sport Canada LTAD model.
Junior “B” Boxing
This class is for boys and girls ages 13 to 15 years old; inclusively. It comprises non-contact technical Olympic boxing and sports conditioning. The training follows the Athlete Development System developed by Moses according to the Sport Canada LTAD model.
